Since 2010, we’ve helped Wisconsin homeowners transform their kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces into places that feel welcoming, stylish, and built to last.
As a true design-build firm, we combine the vision and expertise of professionally trained interior designers with Tim’s award-winning tile installation and broad remodeling experience — ensuring every project is not only beautifully designed but also skillfully built from start to finish.
We’re proud to be Wisconsin’s only NTCA Five-Star Accredited residential design-build firm and the recipient of the NTCA Five-Star Contractor Award for Installation Excellence — the highest honor in the tile industry. Our Story
Floorology began in 2010 when Tim and Kelly Knipper set out with a simple belief: that homes should reflect both beauty and function, crafted with integrity and care. What started as a small, family-led effort has grown into a nationally recognized, award-winning design-build studio serving homeowners across Wisconsin.
From the start, our focus has been on more than just interiors — it’s been about people. We love listening, collaborating, and walking alongside homeowners as they bring their visions to life. Over the years, that approach has earned us national recognition, community awards, and, most importantly, the trust of more than 1,000 Wisconsin families.
