We are getting Joanna Gaines vibes from this project! The modern farmhouse kitchen and bathroom are now updated spaces that are both functional and beautiful. We picked out an Ann Sacks hive backsplash tile to accentuate and not take away from the natural veining of the countertops. The classic subway tile has a modern twist for the bathroom walls and tub surround. The subway tile is glossy, hand painted and with irregular edges that adds to its rich look.
